High chromium cast iron
High chromium cast iron is an alloy cast iron with a high chromium content, usually containing 10% to 26% chromium. This material is widely used in various industrial fields due to its excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The microstructure of high chromium cast iron is mainly composed of martensite, bainite or austenite matrix and dispersed high-hardness chromium carbide particles, which significantly improve the wear resistance of the material. In addition, high chromium cast iron also has good thermal stability and impact resistance, making it an ideal material for manufacturing crusher parts, grinding media, pump parts and valves, etc.
High manganese steel is an alloy steel with a high manganese content, which has excellent wear resistance and work hardening characteristics. It performs well under various harsh working conditions and is widely used in mining, metallurgy, construction, railway and other industries. The chemical composition of high manganese steel usually includes 1.0% to 1.3% carbon and 11% to 14% manganese, and sometimes a small amount of elements such as chromium, nickel and molybdenum are added to improve its performance. Due to its unique work hardening ability, a hardened layer is formed on the surface of high manganese steel when it is impacted or pressed, thereby improving wear resistance. The hardness and toughness of high manganese steel make it an ideal material for manufacturing wear-resistant parts such as crushers, excavators, mill liners, etc.
