High manganese steel
High manganese steel is an alloy steel with a high manganese content, featuring excellent wear resistance and work hardening properties. It exhibits extremely high wear resistance under high impact loads and extrusion conditions, and is widely used in railways, mines, construction, and agricultural machinery. The surface of high manganese steel forms a hardened layer when subjected to impact and pressure, thereby enhancing its wear resistance. Its chemical composition typically includes carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, etc., with the manganese content generally ranging from 11% to 14%. The processing performance of high manganese steel is poor, but it can achieve excellent mechanical properties after appropriate heat treatment and surface hardening treatment.
Manganese-chromium alloy
Manganese-chromium alloy is a metal material containing manganese and chromium, with high strength, high hardness, and good corrosion resistance.
