Main Materials:
High-chromium cast iron
High-chromium cast iron is a wear-resistant material with unique properties, named for its high chromium content (typically between 12% and 30%). Its microstructure consists of high-hardness carbides and a relatively tough matrix. The carbides are dispersed throughout the matrix, acting like a strong “skeleton” that endows the material with excellent wear resistance. When subjected to wear, these hard and brittle carbides can effectively resist the intrusion and cutting of abrasive particles, delaying surface wear. The chromium element forms a dense oxide film at high temperatures, providing good protection for the cast iron and giving it certain oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, allowing it to be used in various complex environments. The toughness of the matrix provides the material with the ability to withstand impact loads, preventing premature spalling or cracking of the carbides during loading, ensuring the stability of the material under different working conditions. Compared to ordinary cast iron, the hardness of high-chromium cast iron is significantly increased, with a Rockwell hardness (HRC) of over 50, thereby significantly enhancing its wear resistance. It is widely used in mining machinery, cement manufacturing, metallurgy, and other industries with extremely high wear requirements, such as the lining plates of crushers and grinding media in ball mills, greatly extending the service life of related equipment.
Ultra-high manganese steel
Ultra-high manganese steel is a high-strength and high-wear-resistant alloy steel containing up to 10% to 20% manganese. This steel has excellent impact resistance and corrosion resistance and is widely used in railway, mining, construction, and heavy industry. The high manganese content of ultra-high manganese steel forms a hardened surface layer when subjected to impact or pressure, thereby improving its wear resistance. Product advantages
